Who is responsible

What this website collects
The portfolio does not provide visitor accounts, payments, file uploads, advertising pixels or audience analytics. Images are served with the website. The inquiry form uses only an optional name and the project message you type. These entries stay in the current page and are not submitted to a website database. The portfolio does not save drafts; your browser may retain form data under its own settings.
When you choose to contact the studio
Preparing an inquiry does not send it. Opening the email draft passes your chosen message to your email application. Your email provider may save that draft under its own settings. Anas receives the message and your sender address only if you send the email. Information you then share is used to respond, discuss your project and, if you engage the studio, manage that engagement. Do not send payment details, identity documents or unnecessary personal information through this inquiry.
Consent and purpose
The form asks you to agree to the use of your message for a response. It does not sign you up for marketing. Where data-protection laws require a lawful basis, responding to requested project discussions and managing an agreed project may be necessary to take steps toward or perform a contract. Essential security processing may rely on legitimate interests. Where processing depends on consent, you can withdraw it by contacting the studio; withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.
Hosting and service providers
This site uses OpenAI Sites hosting infrastructure. Delivering and protecting a website requires technical data such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and security logs. The hosting provider may use essential security or access-control cookies. These operational processes are separate from the studio inquiry form. Email is handled through the studio’s Gmail account and the sender’s email provider. Providers may process information in countries other than your own under their respective privacy terms.
External links
Fiverr and Upwork are linked as external websites, not embedded widgets. They receive information when you choose to visit or use them and apply their own privacy terms. No social feed, third-party video, map, or review widget is embedded in this portfolio.
Retention and sharing
The website does not retain inquiry drafts. After you send an email or platform message, the resulting correspondence is handled in that service and any subsequent project records. Retention depends on the inquiry, an agreed project and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact Anas to request deletion of correspondence that is no longer needed. Information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. The website has no mechanism to sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without using the form. You can ask Anas about information held about you and request access, correction or deletion, or raise an objection or request a restriction where applicable law provides those rights. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
