Studio details
This website presents the work of Anas Tahir under the name Avenor Design Studio, Lahore, Pakistan. Contact: anastahir0009@gmail.com · +92 318 692 8180. The name is used here as a studio name; this website does not make a claim about incorporation, professional registration or a particular legal entity.
Portfolio purpose
The site presents design and visualization work, including studies, academic proposals and collaborative work. Renderings are visual representations and should not be treated as photographs of completed buildings. Captions identify project context where established. Viewing an image does not establish that a design has planning approval, engineering certification or construction status.
Project engagement
Sending an inquiry does not create a contract, reserve services or authorize work. The scope, deliverables, responsibilities, revision arrangements, usage rights and commercial terms need to be agreed through a separate project agreement or the relevant freelance platform. This website does not accept payments or sell downloadable plans.
Use of drawings and designs
Portfolio drawings are for viewing design work. They must not be used as construction, fabrication, engineering or permit documents for your property. Any project requiring regulated professional services, site verification or local approvals must be handled by appropriately qualified and authorized professionals under a suitable project agreement.
Copyright and credits
The portfolio presents work supplied by Anas Tahir. Collaborative projects identify the contributors recorded in the original portfolio. Underlying building designs, photographs, artwork, trademarks, third-party model assets and client materials may have separate rights holders. Publication here does not transfer a license to copy, resell, build from or reuse those materials. Request written permission for reuse and identify the specific image or work. If you believe an item infringes your rights, contact the studio with the item and relevant ownership information.
Client feedback
Testimonials are reproduced from the public Fiverr profile with the original usernames and wording. They describe those clients’ individual experiences and do not promise the same outcome for every project. Fiverr and Upwork are independent services; links do not imply endorsement of this website by either platform.
External platforms
When an engagement is arranged through Fiverr or Upwork, that platform’s applicable agreement, payment, communication and dispute rules also apply. Follow the platform’s rules for platform-originated relationships. External websites operate under their own terms.
Fair use and statutory rights
Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation or misuse contact information. Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory law takes precedence over conflicting website wording.
