A vertical neighbourhood

This academic mixed-use proposal combines commercial floors, workplace accommodation and apartments. The design studies access, parking and a raised podium before developing the atrium, cinema, balconies and roof garden.

Glazing and vertical façade elements give the building a clear rhythm. Plans, sections and model views explain how the different uses are organized. Academic proposal; not presented as a built or approved development.
